"How many…?"는 "얼마나 많은…?"이라는 의미를 갖는 의문문 구문입니다. 셀 수 있는 명사(countable nouns)의 수량을 물을 때 사용됩니다.

문법

"How many…?" 뒤에는 항상 복수 명사가 옵니다. 이어지는 동사는 명사의 수에 따라 형태가 결정됩니다.
